Morgan McNaught is a writer, artist and actor whose short pieces have been featured at Victory Garden’s One Minute Play Festival, and First Floor’s Twain’s World. You can find her interview of Zac Hanson at the AV Club. She is an ensemble member of The New Colony, and was last seen in Orville and Willbur Did It!, reWilding Genius and Down and Derby. She was a co-writer of The Terrible Magic of Gertie Lazarus, the first iteration of The Terrible, which will be her first full-length production. Morgan has had the privilege to work with the fine people at Steppenwolf Garage, Pavement Group, About Face, Chicago Dramatists, Colloboraction, Victory Gardens, The Guild Literary Complex, Red Tape, Everything is Terrible, and Clickhole. She is one of the co- creators of Swarm Artist Residency, a low to no cost artist residency for Chicago Artists.She has a BFA from Ohio University where she studied playwriting with the great late Esiba Irobi. She hails from Massillion, OH and Eugene, OR and currently lives and works in Chicago.
