Joel is thrilled to be working with the attractive folks at The New Colony. He’s less thrilled to be working with the unattractive folks. As a fairly auxiliary member of the staff, he feels honored to be featured on this website, as appearing on a website has always been a personal goal. A recent graduate of Millikin University, Joel just arrived in Chicago and plans on making his mark on the Theatre scene, assisting more Artistic Directors, and appearing on more websites. He is a proud ensemble member of The Hollow Tree Theatre, where he wrote “Scenes of a Love Like Nature” which was produced as a part of the Chicago Fringe Festival. They don’t have a website for him to be featured on yet, so he kind of favors The New Colony at this point. He doesn’t have very many big boy credits under his belt yet, but he’s confident that he has plenty of time to make his bio just as cool as all the other jerks around here. In the absence of any fancy credits, he’ll simply use the rest of this space to list off things he likes: Comic books, kittens, boxed wine, public transportation, spicy food, The Gilmore Girls, Apple products, Anderson Cooper, The Cubs, Red Bull, the internet, podcasts, light layers, UFC, salt and pepper shakers that hug, Hipster mustaches, mood lighting, and email—CC him!
